ISIDE (Improving Social Impact for the Development of Enterprise) is a project funded by the Erasmus+ program. The project is developed around two main priorities: addressing SMEs’ digital transformation through the development of digital readiness, resilience and capacity; and environmental protection and the fight against climate change.
The main aim of the project is to adapt vocational education and training to labour market needs with two priorities: environment and fight against climate change and addressing digital transformation through the development of digital readiness, resilience and capacity.
OBJECTIVES
The objectives will be achieved through the development of social impact skills among SMEs’ workers thanks to educational digital content. In line with this founding assumption, the project intends to:
Identify business models with high social impact for SMEs.
Realise a transnational mobility for a pool of workers, trainers and consultants; which will develop the concern of environmental sustainability and social responsibility.
Realise open educational resources to ensure the relevance of the social impact activities in the SMEs through innovative methods.
Design and implement a methodological guide to implement a Social Impact Measurement Plan.
Test the learning course by participating in face-to-face sessions and check-ups.
